Accent-American maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. We provide various materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Accent-American. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Orders
If you order and pay for a specific course, you may cancel and receive a full refund by writing Dr. Ojakangas at [email protected] anytime before materials have been sent to you, or before you send in an audio file for analysis (for courses that require this). After these events there is no refund. If you have questions about the suitability of a specific course for you, please contact Dr. Ojakangas before purchase at: [email protected]. Thank you!
2. Pre-Orders
If you order and pay for Materials that we have not yet released, the following terms will apply:
you may cancel the order by giving us notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the Materials are released by us and receive a full refund of the fees you paid for the Materials (without interest);
we may cancel the order at any time by giving you a full refund the fees paid for the Materials (without interest) and will have no further obligation or liability for the order or the Materials; and
an order may not be canceled after the Materials are released, unless we expressly agree otherwise.
